  • The website www.sukhstore.com is operated by Sukhstore, a unisex and kids’ clothing brand committed to offering high-quality, comfortable, and stylish apparel.
  • By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

  • We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately; however, variations may occur due to different screen settings or lighting conditions.
  • Sizes are approximate and may vary slightly depending on the style and fabric.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices, offers, and discounts may be updated without prior notice.
  • Payments can be made securely through the available online payment methods at checkout.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details.
  • Sukhstore is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

5. RETURNS

  • No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or offer refunds once products are sold and delivered.
  • Sale Items: Products marked as “Sale” are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

6. EXCHANGE POLICY

Product Accuracy & Quality Checks
At Sukhstore, we ensure that every product is accurately listed and undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders within India.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should be returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Exclusions: We do not accept exchange requests for colour differences or fabric variations.

Exchange Process

  • Request Submission: Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Processing Fee: A processing fee of ₹200 per product will be charged for exchanges.
  • Reverse Pickup: Our team will arrange for a reverse pickup within 48-72 hours of the exchange request.
  • Inspection & Dispatch: Once the returned product is inspected, the requested size will be dispatched within 7–10 working days. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the total value of the item(s), valid for 30 days.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer Cancellations

  • Prepaid and COD Orders: Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of placement. For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the registered bank account, or the item can be exchanged for another product of equal value. For COD orders, a credit note will be issued.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

Credit Note Validity

  • Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 30 days. A transaction fee of ₹250 will be deducted as a processing charge.

Sukhstore Cancellations

  • Reasons for Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled due to unavailability of materials, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Refunds: For prepaid orders cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account. Customers will be notified via email.

Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellations after placing prepaid orders will incur a 2-3% deduction (payment gateway fees).

8. REFUND POLICY

  • No Returns or Refunds: We do not accept returns or offer refunds once products are sold and delivered.
  • Sale Items: Products marked as “Sale” are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during your purchase is used solely for order processing and customer service.
