Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Sukhstore, we aim to provide an enjoyable shopping experience. Please review our policies below for detailed information on cancellations, refunds, and exchanges:


Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations:

  • Prepaid Orders: You can cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it. If the order is prepaid, the amount will be refunded to your registered bank account.
  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you can cancel within 8 hours of placement. A credit note will be issued instead of a refund.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Cancellation Charges:

  • A 2-3% deduction (payment gateway fees) may apply to cancellations after placing prepaid orders.

Sukhstore Cancellations:

  • Orders may be cancelled by us due to reasons such as unavailability of materials, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Refunds: For prepaid orders cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account. Customers will be notified via email.

Refund Policy

  • No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds once products have been sold and delivered.
  • Sale Items: Products marked as “Sale” are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
  • Refund Process: For cancellations initiated by us, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders within India.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. Products must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exclusions: We do not accept exchanges due to colour variations or minor fabric material differences.

Exchange Process:

  • Exchange Request: Requests for exchanges must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Processing Fee: A processing fee of ₹200 per product will be charged for exchanges.
  • Reverse Pickup: We will arrange a reverse pickup for the exchanged item within 48-72 hours of your request.
  • Inspection & Dispatch: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the requested size within 7-10 business days. Only one exchange per order is allowed.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the full value of the item(s), valid for 30 days.

Exchange Exclusions:

  • We do not accept exchange requests for sale items, colour discrepancies, or minor fabric differences.

Credit Note Policy

  • Validity: Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 30 days.
  • Processing Fee: A processing fee of ₹250 will be deducted for cancellation or exchange-related transactions.
